Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Concrete Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with specific experience in the concrete or aggregates industry being highly desirable. This role involves managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector to expand our client base.
- Present and promote our range of concrete products and services to potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales achievements and objectives in weekly management meetings.
- Negotiate quotes and close sales to achieve targets
- Monitor competitor activities and customer feedback
- Collaborate with internal departments to maximise sales across the Company and to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Attend Industry events. Company Hospitality, trade shows and networking functions outside of normal work hours to represent the Cullimore Group.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the concrete, aggregate, or construction materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete products, aggregates and their applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long term customer relationships
- Self- motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
- Strong organisational skills and attention detail
- Ability work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel as required
